Salary on time. Before Sandy took over, it was a good company to work with.

1. It has turned as a Lala company. 2. Sandy (AVP) thinks himself God. Always use harsh words. During heated discussion he uses slang language. Always threat to terminate. 3. Indian management head Ankit is filling senior management position by his known people from previous organization by forcing old resources to resign or terminate. 4. No job security. Ticket hygiene like silly mistake also can cause job loss. 5. Removal of senior management all of a sudden keeping all in dark. 6. Increment and Promotion is based on personal relation with manager. 7. Pre-sales team is a big failure. no new project since last 2-3 years and that putting undue pressure on managers and architect to bring new projects from existing accounts. 8. Your job role is not secure client is contract based you need to work for another company. If other company contract is end then you are jobless. Risky job dont go because of hike only. You are working for contract based for other company it can be 3 month, 6 months it will renew or not not sure totally depends on client.

Work life in Stefanini is pathetic. If you are joining Stefanini than you have to forget about growth until unless you are not a pet of manager and ready to live a life of labour. They promised their performer's to give growth and after that they behave badly so they can leave the company.

Every single day changing the policies therefore employee getting deduction in salary during the joining they are commenting too much but afterwards they are not taking care of employees. They are terminating employees if single mistake make like you forget to punch ID card they will fire you. Higher management naver listening to anyone they are doing as they want.

I worked at Stefanini as a Senior Software Engineer(Middleware/Adtalem) . I joined this org on 27th of March 2024 & last working day was 8th of oct 2024 why so soon??? Let me brief so far situation & story behind this(all points only for middleware /Apps):- Unfortunately my experience there was far from positive. The team leadershiplacked technical expertise & had no understanding of business operation instead of foresting collaboration , the focus seemed to be on internal politics. The management culture was toxic & key leadership position particularly in middleware , were held by individuals with little to no relevant skills. The team lead particular, had poor technical knowledge & was more focused on playing politics than supporting the team he only supported the employee who is favourite because of that he can save his job. The manager seemed interested in protecting certain employees rather than encouraging growth & productivity across the board. While my journey he never asked what is the reason , he only escalated me. This political culture was a major factor in my decision to leave the company . I would never recommend this company to others based on my experience. BOTTOM LINE:- Company is good but management is Worse. TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT:- I strongly encourage you to review the feedback of all employees on monthly basis rather than relying solely on inputs from manager & no skilled Team lead 😂 . Because of this Many hard working employees resigned back to back .Many hardworking employees have seen their careers due to this approach & it needs to be addressed. Hire and Fire Policy. They hire and fire 20+ recruiters irrespective of their experience in 2023. Very poor incentive structure. No hold on their clients and put the blame on recruiters. Put recruiter under PIP for more than 1 year. Managers doesn't support their team just to save their chair. Whole team is under PIP and still manager receiving awards for performance. Blame will be put on recruiters not managers or higher managers. Management keep changing the policies but nothing work out so at the end they put Recruiter under PIP and fire them....Read More
