Salary is low and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. All time I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day.

Very poor management, no work life balance, HRs are for the names sake, stretched working hours, you cannot give inputs just asked to follow the orders from top level management (literally forced). Join only if you are out of options. Females get free transportation, that's good but they charge to male employees, pathetic. Very slowgrowth and poor hike.
