There is absolutely nothing likeable about working at Staten. Too much of politics as one person tries to pull down the other. The MD who lives in US and visits India once every 4 months or so, tends to believe what is told to him by a select few without checking from the other persons. Almost everyone who leaves the company is not paid his dues. They do not reply to email and messages and do not pick up calls. Do not recommend this company to anyone at any level. I was the CEO for about 4 months but the Senior 'managers who were cross that I was brought in from outside as their boss instead of one of them getting the opportunity, fed all sorts of negative feedback about me to the MD who was based in US.
