Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handing out additional responsibilities, so i don't always feel like i am receiving enough challenge from the role

Stareays is a good company as a traning engineering because traning prerede to holle knowed of documantation and manufacturing procces knowlege give the new member.but this company not a secure job or growth. This company salary is very low.but environment natur for this company is very good.
