Old leaders are compassionate with employees.

Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.

He often displayed self-centered behavior, regularly insulted team members, and created a negative work environment. Despite the company having a work-from-home policy, he consistently refused to approve it, forced late sittings, and frequently had issues approving leaves, even for legitimate reasons. No promotion for graduate apprentice (GOI). Mechanical and Die Shop departments are better for GOI (Rest of all not good).

Eternia windows from Hindalco is a very poor work culture organization headed by a poor experienced CEO and unprofessional VP. They will hire showing big but once employed it is a nightmare. Hire and fire is the policy. Situations are made for new employees to resign like not inviting for meetings, shifting to low potential profiles, start micromanaging things and so on. Further HR will not confirm you. So either get terminated or resign....Read More

There are lot of units of Hindalco at different locations.Hindalco is a part of big conglomerate Aditya Birla group and offer Job security, medical and other benefits, overall a good and massive organisation.I have experienced that different locations of company has different culture.One in north indian regions are good but I would not suggest joining in odisha Region.

Work life balance is rapidly declining.Working on weekends is becoming a trade of good employee.Non productive work is imposed on employees.
