1. Very dirty politics 2. Salary is low. 3. DET are working O&M with so much pressure and low salary. 4. Due to hierarchy system forget about promotion. 5. If you are good at oiling you have a great future

Well known barand around the world , lots of opportunities to move and learn within Aaditya Birla Group. Employee accomodation, Medical are well looked after by company.

Dislikes

Inspector cultural, lot of job stress , bad work life balance above Manager level.Un Necessary too much audit , Meeting and lot of unproductive work all around.

It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . There are lot of units of Hindalco at different locations.Hindalco is a part of big conglomerate Aditya Birla group and offer Job security, medical and other benefits, overall a good and massive organisation.I have experienced that different locations of company has different culture.One in north indian regions are good but I would not suggest joining in odisha Region.

Work life balance is rapidly declining.Working on weekends is becoming a trade of good employee.Non productive work is imposed on employees.
