Role & responsibilities

1.Monitoring Security Operations:

   - Oversee and manage security personnel on-site to ensure they're performing their duties
effectively.

   - Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any unauthorized entry or suspicious
activity.

2. Access Control:

   - Implement and manage access control procedures to regulate entry and exit points for
employees, visitors, and vendors.

   - Ensure that identification badges are properly issued and maintained.

3. Incident Response:

   - Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, and ensure appropriate
measures are implemented.

   - Conduct investigations for theft, accidents, or other incidents, documenting findings and
reporting to management.

4. Safety and Compliance:

   - Ensure adherence to safety and security regulations and policies within the plant.

   - Collaborate with safety officers to address any safety concerns related to security protocols.

5. Training and Development:

   - Train security staff on policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.

   - Conduct drills for emergency situations to prepare employees for potential risks.

6. Reporting:

   - Maintain logs and records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.

   - Prepare detailed reports for management regarding any security breaches or incidents.

7. Collaboration:

   - Work with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated approach
to site security.

   - Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations while ensuring safety.

- Requirements:

- Educational Background:

Army graduate with 17 years of experience, served as an NCO in the Army.

- Experience:

  - Prior experience in security management or supervision, preferably in an industrial or
manufacturing environment.

- Skills:

  - Strong leadership and communication skills.

  - Proficient in surveillance techniques and security technology.

  - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
