Role & responsibilities

1.The Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing plants in the copper tube facility.

2. Key duties include daily production management, continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining equipment reliability, and fostering a customer-centric and engaged workplace culture.

3.The operator will collaborate with team members, conduct routine maintenance, and assist in training to enhance overall operational performance.

4. Prior experience in manufacturing and a commitment to safety are essential.
