Micro management. No work life balance Huge politics Only join this company if you do not have any other option accross the globe. One of the worst workplace ever i have seen in my entier carrier. This company even doesn't deserve a single star also.

They promote their favorite one either they will not check the advisor have knowledge or not about the process & yearly increment is not available , anytime they will forced you to resign for score because they willl not check is this process fault or process bcx they only follow client information , they will not check is the advisor is correct or not . if your butter your supervisor then you will get promotion otherwise you will not promote , anytime they cancel the IJP & also if the client know the advisor he will promote the same advisor not that who is eligible & also manager don't have mouth to protest against this neither hr have bcx they just running the bussines not agent friendly...Read More

The total atmosphere was terrific. No management quality and no proper hr team as well . Total journey of mine was disgusting. Management team was specially responsible for all the nonsense sit happen inside the office and The hr heads oh my goodness . I NEVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO STARTEK AND JOIN STARTEK

Okey so i worked in berger process, i do not have any kind of knowledge about other process but in berger new employee will face partiality in every steps , tls are illiterate they do not have proper manners,how to behave with employees there is no likes about berger process But one suggestions for startek management system please upgrade tls educational qualifications at least "graduation"

Company is very good but (Worst experience with company staff )company is good at its place but what I think that staff of company like assistant manager , supervisor, OM and ,TL's are the bodies who make company and represents it but management of some processes are very bad .

In some process like Zomato one of them 90% management are unresponsive even not supportive while I woked in flipkart approx 5 month in startek whole management is very professional and responsive they support each other like family but some processes management are worst in startek the company should worked on it

Supervisors are mean and doesn't care for our well being, all they focused on there representation infront of their supervisors. My assistant manager told me that there is nothing as work life balance. You have to work whenever we want.

Nothing even TL's and team members are so disgusting they womens as an object. Many case of miss behave in molestation. Specially TL of trust and safety process T&S team ,Pankaj pal, and quality .

Company has L2 process. So working is good. Easy process.

Dislikes

Company is so broke, they don't even have proper working lift. I was stuck in lift twice and my TL made me work extra hour even though it was not my fault. Micro management is usual. Weekoff preference are thrown into the dustbin and management are the one who are deciding the weekoff.

I like FRM and FKBO , but Phonepe process in startek is worst, mainly chiranjeevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.

No promotions, no management . Everything is worst in this organisation. If you will try to reach out to any senior they will directly say I am not responsible talk to that person blaahhh blaahhh . Everyday someone will resign from the company suddenly you will get to know ok this HR left the company ok this ÔM left .they will take your incentives too
