I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The Company Directors are good and understands the problem of employee. I love talking to them and discussing on vission Of the company, threats and opportunities etc

Dislikes

The line managers are selfish, self centred. They show subordinates work as their own. They never help employee when challenges arise. They grab business opportunities and show their achievements. Operation task when get stuck, then shouting and firing starts. Very disappointing
