As per department there was not more pressure from company side.Freedom 2 work in ur own way.

Dislikes

No proper coordination with head of each department.HOD of each department doing work in there own way.No work on quality of product. No security of job.Salary is not on time.No leave except Sunday.HOD of each department r fighting with each other.No professional manners.Lack of decipline in some of HOD & employee.HR is working in helpless form.
