And things are there banks close his own products from third party... I will tell you this bank going on city bank way... Within 3 to 4 yrs sell his all segment to other bank

Work culture is really like typical Indian culture. Hiarachy and the office environment across the bank is very bad. People will respect you based on the Grade you are in. The respect will be given only if we are AVP or VP positions.
