Overall culture. Especially the way Bank manager attitude towards their juniors, RMs way too bad. Even I had listened to abuses from him for daily non-completion of targets. The MNC culture has vanished 100% with typical Indian bank mindset culture existing now. I don't want to name the branch managers here, I worked in Mumbai SV road branch and Juhu branch.
