Once you've been in banking for a few years and have amassed big spending commitments, it's hard to find an alternative high paying career. People feel stuck. They can't even move to banking jobs in any more.

Your job is secure in this organization and most of mangers are good politics are comparatively less and only 2 days WFO good infrastructure in banglore

Canteen is worst They are underpaying most of old employess with a margin of 30-40% Office politics is too much, ones who works gets more work. Leaders put their part on subordinates and scolde them only if something goes wrong rather than taking charge of it. Some teams are forced to come to office while others enjoyes wfh.

Work culture and seniors doing nothing. Even a simple MIS that they have to present they want that also to be made by juniors. Pathetic culture in some departments. 5 days official but need to work on 1st, 3rd and 5th sat. No overtime.

It's not about the organization, but the management does not follow the policies during exit..they do not negotiate on notice period which is 90 days while I have seen other managements in same organization are doing that.
