Nothing. I have spend 8 yrs in cards department deferent segment in standard chartered. But nothing to get growth. I have joined which band still is same.. Any other organization is automatically increase.

So many people recruit in higher level from axis, icici, hdfc... This banks are is in mass marketing... Not on segment marketing... Unethical pressure build.. And things are there banks close his own products from third party... I will tell you this bank going on city bank way... Within 3 to 4 yrs sell his all segment to other bank

The salary and appraisal is not that much good and no career growth

Your job is secure in this organization and most of mangers are good politics are comparatively less and only 2 days WFO good infrastructure in banglore

Your bonus and hike is fully based on the management, irrespective of company making profit or loss, And usually appraisal are very less salary is also very bad

The pressure is increase tremendously and the targets are set like anythimg. Upper management just does not care bout the employees 2 level below them as they wwill squeeze them and get the target completed by them any how

Leave policy is good . There is block leave policy which is also very good

Internal politics , favouritism . Zero hike back to back 3years . You will get promotion only if you are favourite to manager. Work culture is too bad

Organization was very good till 2023 but in the last one year it went horrible

The company was good two years back i.e. until 2023. Good projects and managed work life balances even in the tough times. But we have flexible hybrid model which is good at SCB GBS Pvt Ltd

Last two years no promotions, no increments. no replacements for the employees who left company. Salaries are very low and no difference between the people who are working and not working, just looking into the packages of the employee and if he/she has less package simply trying to bring u p them to market margin iwthout considering the performance..all this is happening after the change in management from last two years only......Read More

In previous each and evry deportment have one HR, if we facing any issue or thought will raise question, eg: in previous any one resigned the job hr will contact the employees will ask the reason for resigned the job, but when I resigned the job HR didn't contact me....
