It's not about the organization, but the management does not follow the policies during exit..they do not negotiate on notice period which is 90 days while I have seen other managements in same organization are doing that.

Growth rate in this company is appealing and lot of scope for gaining expertise since most of the processes are manual.

The culture is hopeless and it's not a people friendly environment. There are no team building activities or leisure time. It's just come , work and go.
