Likes

Can learn new values , ethics and subject matters by sharing with each other among the teacher community. Students are too smart and clear. So teachers need to be updated.

Dislikes

Some Attitudes and no appraisal also fear of loosing jobs those who are not doing their teaching role inside the classroom.
