The team members are good, work load and pressure is good to Handel if you are new joinee. Will get immediate help for process and doubts. The productivity tracking is lenient. WFH is 8 day a month

Management is a big disappointment. It will be better if you stay away from it even though you will be dragged in but you should know to dodge. All the sacrifice and hard work will be forgotten if you start asking questions and they will try every possible way to pull your grades down. There is no office party or any activity. Thereprocess learning and skill development are no use Payment is soo low and night shift allowance is only Rs100 per day so make sure you negotiate at start....Read More

Layoff Without any reason. When we are asking reason that time they said it's management decision. Login time is fixed but log out time is not. 12/14 hour doing our duty.
