I liked the way the used to harass an employee to get their work done as soon as possible.

Late shifts Bad work culture Worst management staff who know only to pass their work on lower staff members and earn credit leaving and exploit lower employees. Toxic environment to grasp good work ethics. Poor work condition and bad recreational facilities provided. Worst canteen food. Dirty and stinky washrooms. Poor pay scale. Threatening employees if not done late night shifts then management will remove them from office and will implement them to pay bond money for breach of contract etc....Read More

In Terms of company asset, would request to provide with laptops considering the convenience.. While submitting the company assets employee has to carry the entire computer (desktop) on their own expense which I suppose should be improved as it is official asset and not personal....This becomes difficulty while submitting the same.
