Dislikes

I like the fact that i am a part of a team that is reliable, high quality products and has all client base.Another benefits is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
