I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

My job was preparing payroll, invoice the payments for procurement, transfer the information to management and dealing with banking activities

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
