I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They won't pay salaries on time. Delay 4-5 months. Will pay on repeat requests, that too 1 month salary. Better to avoid this hospital. Don't waste ur valuable time and energy. Q
