Dislikes

In my 13+ years , recently they started few months , but no guarantee that will continue for more time. Yes , no perfect on JOB security. No perfect career growth. No strong system in salary hike , even no correct date on salary deposit. We used to travel a lot to client places , but no correct plan on TA & DA. High in politics. No learning classes will be conducted to us (They fell its time waste) Many clients had commented on work environment. No innovation till today. We dont have work & life balance, waited so long years .... but finially got out....Read More
