Likes

My teammates are not more cooperative. There are no training facilities to learn new technologies. Job security is poor. The only benefit from this company is less bossism. Our boss does not harrass any time. He gives lot of freedom in work and personal matters. Work environment is very fine. We do not speak anything about innovation.

Work Details

My work is mainly supervision of accounts. S.R.Vessels Pvt Ltd has factory and registered office in different towns. Store is at Factory Accounts department is at Registered office. I have to look after and balance store and registered office.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
