Hierarchy system. Working at Sputnik will make one realise that Russians still consider Indians as third world citizen. No matter one work for how many years — you will be ask to leave in one day. No job security. And, always have to please Russians for increment.

They have predefined role, good place for those who don’t want to learn and not seeking hike. Anti women place. Moreover, it offers no job security as notice period here is of 3 days. They ask employees to leave without giving or seeking proper explanation
