I really love the people around me in the office, since average age of all the employees in R&F would be just 3-4 years more than me. This allow me to talk to everyone closely and get the things done in the right time.

Dislikes

Issue is after a period of time you feel like you are struck, no progress in your career.

I can only te about noc team, because im. working in that team. You will get good exposure to the most highly demand tools.

1) less hike 2) no promotion ( the worst part for noc team member) 3) work life balance not there. 4) no appreciation
