Good work life balance, management do not trouble employees outside office hours. Compensation was good when hired, however, variable components were huge. (3 months of salary were added in the form of variable pay).

Shopee did not had a long vision on how the market will be and how long they can sustain in Indian market. There were no proper speculation on government intervention. All employees were asked to leave all of sudden. All policy SOP were adopted from other outside Indian markets.
