Likes

Company allows you to learn on the job while having good exposure in whichever field/department you're coming into. You get to learn a lot by working simultaneously. Salary hike is decent. Work environment is quite healthy and supportive.

Dislikes

If coming from a corporate/MNC, one could feel things be unorganized a little bit. But then you can make organize your own stuff and there are learnings their as well.
