It's a startup firm, lots of challenges to face, we are working for clean rivers and drains by curing industrial pollution, giving our nation clean water and minimum or no land soil contaminations. Love to work for Nation and mankind

Dislikes

We are paid less, so economically we are struggling, all research work and no sale and revenue genaration initially only research work is taking our Capital away on day to day basis. This is like social service at present. Shall be good when we get good investors to fund us.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
