Get lot of things to learn ..

Dislikes

Slow growth, 0 work life balance, late work, no holidays at all ..no sick leave no leave incashment , increment after 1.5 yr only.. no PF..no mediclaim.. they have started some Sip scheme in that they deduct your salary and give it to you no extra benefit..(Sip is compulsory because their family member has mutual fund selling target) so to generate their income they use ur salary.. totally family drawn business..0 corporate culture.....Read More

Dislikes

U won't get high package, slow increment because they has bar for each post so they don't go beyond that Owner is rudein behaviour one has to have patience and 0 self respect for yourself..0 work life balance, late seating, all surroundings people are illiterate, they just are working because they area relative.so no corporate atmosphere
