No job security, no work culture, no good management, company doesn't have any policy for employees they make per day new rule for employee according to company convenience

They doesn't have sufficient fund to give salary to employee on time the salary difference between two salary at least four month There is no career There is no increment within 1-2 years I worked here almost for 10 years only along with 1 increment Be careful to choose your career in this company

Worst company. They asked me to resign after my marriage and hold my salary until I filed a complaint in labour court. Don't join they don't have any culture and ethics.

The company is open to Innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of this organization.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes.
