You won't be able to survive here if you can't tolerate favouritism. 10% deduction in salary till they retain 2 months of your salary which shall be given to you after completion of your commitment period. Expect work on weekends and holidays and long working hours. The seniors are petty and indirect taunts and comments are just a everyday part of life in the office.
