It was an overall good experience working with this organization. Everyone gets equal opportunity to perform. No partiality neither from the directors nor from the team mates.You get support from the all other departments. I appreciate the open door policy which means you can knock the door of the directors cabin without any hesitation. You get off on Indian holidays and every festivals celebrated with full joy. Every month there was a dinner treat to any welknown restaurant. Nice office culture. Easy leave policy. All three directors are very friendly and supportive....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
