It was an overall good experience working with this organization. Everyone gets equal opportunity to perform. No partiality neither from the directors nor from the team mates.You get support from the all other departments. I appreciate the open door policy which means you can knock the door of the directors cabin without any hesitation. You get off on Indian holidays and every festivals celebrated with full joy. I have worked at SBOS for more than a year and I had a very good working and learning experience. The company really takes care of it's employees either it's related to their professional growth or personal growth. The company offers leave on every Indian holidays, being an outsourcing company it's really amazing. Work atmosphere isgood, infrastructure is also good. The best part of this company is their Directors, really polite, humble and down to earth employers. They will be there for you at best of their capacities and that's makes SBOS a really nice place to work. The US office is also good and they are also very helping but some things are not in your hands. Indian management’s attitude is not half bad only if they had any real power to run the company

Dislikes

There’s no work life balance in the company and they’ve 10 hour shifts, the actual owner thinks Indian employees are good for cheap labour and can’t be trusted with anything. Very rude and impolite management overall and forget about learning anything here. Overall worst outsourcing company, join only if you want a salary jump and switch back in 6 months
