There is language difference in employee, If you belong to same language then you will get praised you get knowledge also they explained, but if from different language talking person then side line you, you will be appreciated for anything you do.

it's located in the heart of the city!

This is the worst company i had not seen anywhere else ! Work profile is not good for engineering service.They are hiring the employee as a trainee engineer & they ll train you some thing like exhaust system meshing ! This meshing is completely different from 2d/plastic meshing. This meshing is not universally accepted! only few companies ll hire for this type of job! If you work here i can say this is negative experience in your career! even they ll not give salary as per they talk! Expecting more targets in sales its impossible to reach in the worst products or else they ll deduct from salary! This is for the departments.
