The company Provide a training from experience holder, they adopt new view, new technology and bring the unique way to represent their thoughts they have very few clients, Colleague's are very supportive you can ask everyone about your questions

Dislikes

Growth is low, to much work, some time I have to work on weekends also. It's small scale company, they have very few clients, they paid very low and they paid in cash

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
