Likes

I think the company offers a very transparent culture and work ethic. It's founded by a person who has a very rich experience in working with global companies like Wipro Technologies, HCL Technologies & Google India . The environment is supportive and drives on innovation. I would recommend this company to my friends and colleagues.

Dislikes

I think for a startup, the company is doing well. But there is always a scope of improvement. The company can diversify it's products and services and expand at a rapid rate. That is my suggestion.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
