There is no good working environment, if any design is time taking then they will provide you tutorials and will ask that this thing done in 15 min in tutorials then why you are taking too much time.

Just basic experience maybe good for a month or so but there is no growth opportunity

Dislikes

In my work duration there was no proper strategy and there was quite a lot of mismanagement and absolutely zero help as there was no one above me to guide me it was directly the founders. If you have no other option you can maybe try this but there is no growth opportunity as such
