Soben is a grooming company and good for the people who can see you carrier in construction industry. The atmosphere of the company is really amazing there is no senior and junior culture all helps there juniors and colleague in any doubts and problems facing at the time of project. And also they provide good salary hike as per their ability and performance that is out of the market criteria.

Dislikes

Lots of projects in Soben and some time employees are facing pressure to due lots of submission and meet their deadlines to complete the submissions. Company need to find a way to reduce the pressure to the employee.
