As i mentionin star notation everyone will understand that there was no job security. Management was quite deciplined but if i am going to say about work culture then it is definately healthy.

Every one have their personal life too. That means in every one's life they have to do some personal work for that they need leave but here there is chance to get leave even on Sunday they arrange for long time.....only this is reason for which I quit here.
