Very very bad experience with smifs, there's not any proper work culture and management is also not supporting. After doing targets they don't provide salary not only that they believe in oiling culture with management. They only support some of employees who are close to Bosse's. They even don't follow any corporate rules or company rules. Even top management talk to their employees in unprofessional way and using slang languages and talk to employees that the employee is smuggler, drunker these kind of abusing words they(top most senior) use. Some people don't do their target come office late but they are performer for the company and for so called boss but if any one other than their favourite employee come late then they hold the salary of that employee. After resignation they hide client's valuable documents in unethical way. So I'll suggest not to join this company....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
