The only thing which can be lauded is their big vision with no light.

The top to bottom are illiterate. The employees are old school and leading a baggage of being an old employees. They are running the company with an objective to be trivial and the so called supervisors are cool with it. They know it very well that it is not an organisation for high skill and qualified people so they are ok with underscore employees with no real understanding of upskilling and reskilling. Third class work culture which is obvious because the old employees are used to with that culture with no change within. You won't find a single person in this organization who hold an impeccable command including the leaders who leading the organization. The old employees are not a resource, they are a bull who pulling the cart wheel.
