I didn't find anything special to share about it's positively.

Dislikes

There is no skill development events; Juniors doesn't respect seniors, Designers or Merchandisers. Salary deduction and late payments, work overload and miss behaviour by owner. Not a single leave except Sunday (No annual leave). If any body take a leave, he has to left his job. They didn't take all designer to visit and learn in Exhibitions participated by company. Designers haven't allow to source and explore new Fabrics by themselves....Read More
