There is "nothing, literally nothing" to like about this company. Might be good for a fresher though.

I will tell you about my experience here. 1. Work culture: if project requires 10 people to work, they will hire 5 to 7 people and will ask you to stretch the working hours. 2. Extremely Poor management: the work model here does not allow the management team to work efficiently. I wasn't allocated all required tools and softwares tostart with my work and lastly I was held responsible for project getting delayed. I have screenshots of those emails as well. 3. Scarcity of projects: you will struggle to get your project. I had to put down paper after getting frustrated with this. 4. HR team: they are again no different than your project management team. If you call them to discuss your work related problems they won't answer your call. They won't even reply back to you unless you irritate them by calling them again and again and spaming their mailbox. 5. Notice period - 90 days notice period. Even if you are on bench you will have to either serve your entire notice period or you will have to buyout your NP. This might again depend on the opportunities you will be going to have. If HR or your manager senses that you have another offer from different firm, they will create a lot of troubles. 6. Remotely located Office: this is my personal opinion.
