It is a very good company for freshers.The thing I liked more was the new and updated tools been used in our work.And also healthy environment.Good facilities for employees regarding cab.And also certifications are nice.

Shift allowance is very less.And sometimes I feel partiality is done on basis of the region where people belongs to.Not all are like this only few.Work location is very far from the city.

The pay will be very very less... I have joined as a fresher as trainee software with less package and completed 4years as senior software engineer... But after 4years my pay was almost equivalent to the pay, what they are giving updated pay for freshers... Other than that everything was excellent in SLK and I will never forget my SLK days in my life.
