Good teammates who are energetic to work and learn, supportive managers and leads. Pays decent benefits to people who perform (depends on the manager too). Learning opportunities are good as the company is growing and are trying to streamline its processes to the best in the industry. Another positive point would be the flexible timings which can be utilized by us.

Dislikes

Though it is good to work with the new people, some in the upper management are not very eager to accept new ideas and changes which leads to conflict. The company should be process driven and not change the established processes as per project needs (certain exceptions can be considered). But still I would like to say that with thearrival of some new people in the executive level changes are taking place and the organization is becoming flexible to some extent. Also asking freshers to sign a bond at the time of joining is something I find unethical....Read More

Work Details

Being part of the process team, required me to travel to different project locations and meet the managers to discuss regarding the metrics analysis and auditing purposes. It was challenging but interesting and helped me learn a lot.
