Very Old Fashioned Mindset , management will talk about progressive ideas but it's all on paper. Existing employees are ignored over new hires. Runs on Good Leads who do work for all team members. Onsite opportunities are based on your connection not on your talent.

Our company is not supporting all the employees in this tough situation. They tried a bit. But, that’s not enough for the employees. Only some part of employees good work from home. Most of the employees are forced either to come to office or to take leaves from their account.

Worse people around, The work culture is worse. People the hire or woking with them from quiet long who doesn't have minimum qualifications communication behaviour.Opportunity to grow is zero. No visibitily at all because people there who can take it from you are there as legacy for ages. Worst company policy. Be a begger or unemployed but don't join this organisation if you like freedom else you do slavery in this company , with lots of restrictions you will work and at the end you will get 2%hike which is lower then bench people , don't have WFH policy, even if you leg is fracture where you can WFH but they will tell you that they will arrange everything but you need to come to office, Office is outside of Bangalore you will feel that you are in mid of forest, no food options, you will feel like school. I dislike everything about this company ,like they change the policies like that employees will be treated as there working in school,strict login hours,hybrid is there but Monday and Friday are compulsory,salary benefits are not good ,they change the salary cycle whenever it's required, without prior notice and they don't give anyarrears,they give only flat hike , they always give SRB which will be added to package after 1 year till one year we have to work with them ,otherwise if we resign in middle we have return back whole amount this is waste for everybody...Read More

Racist, biased, poor management, no hospitalisation leaves. Actually it is a contractual firm not a company. They provide resources and place to work for other companies. You will work on SLK payroll as contractor not as employee. They will give you biased appraisals if you are not from Karnataka.
