I would love to share about work culture in skml ,their the management gives free hand to employees to think of innovation that's what I admir a lot

Nothing like that i want to upgrade my growth so i wanted to leave that organisation for my personal growth

It's quite interesting ,i struggled a bit in beginning of my career and later on my teammates helps to over come it.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
