Likes

Skills is a good start-up company with balanced and organized management policies. In this place you can learn a lot and can get good hands on experience. The whole team is friendly and everyone are treated well. They also work on innovative and newIt projects, which gives you a lot of exposure. Skills maintain standard timings which gives you a work life balance.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Job security here is NIL I can say. If the project is defermented, you are immediately on notice period. Salary is less, not according to market level. Personnel growth is less.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
