Likes

It was a great place to work with the Korean staff having learning aspect in each specialisation. teaches us to be work consious My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.I love the fact that i am apart of the team.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high. There is no understnding between Managers of individual department.There is no on-job training for freshers

I was heading a team of 40 technicians at different stages of the cavern including Supervisors

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
